Raspberry Kiwi Lime Refresher

Ingredients

Kiwi layer

  • 2 frozen kiwis
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • squeeze of fresh lime

Raspberry layer

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • squeeze of fresh lime

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients for the kiwi layer separately.

  2. Blend the ingredients for the raspberry layer separately.

  3. Layer them up in a jar before serving.

  4. For portability, use a jar and freezer bag if you do not have a thermo flask.
