A.M. Cleanse Smoothie with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit peeled
  • 1/2 lime peeled
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chucks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • A few chunks of ice

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Avoid using a juicer to retain the fiber, as it makes the blend thick and satisfying.
