A.M. Cleanse Smoothie with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit peeled
- 1/2 lime peeled
- 1 orange peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chucks
- 1 cup coconut water
- A few chunks of ice
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Avoid using a juicer to retain the fiber, as it makes the blend thick and satisfying.
