Sweet and Salty Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Sprinkle of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
In a bowl, coat Brussels sprouts with oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
Grease a pan and add the Brussels sprouts.
Bake for 30 minutes, then broil for extra crispness.
