Sweet and Salty Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Sprinkle of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.

  3. In a bowl, coat Brussels sprouts with oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and salt.

  4. Grease a pan and add the Brussels sprouts.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then broil for extra crispness.
