The Easiest Ever Meal

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Maple syrup
  • Sweet potato
  • Smoked tofu

Preparation

  1. Chop and roast the sweet potato for 1.5 hours in the oven at fan 150°C, then chill in the fridge for a few hours.

  2. Chop the ends of the sprouts, halve them, coat in maple syrup, and roast for about 30 minutes.

  3. Note: It's recommended to use real maple syrup for better taste, but a sugar-free version can be used as a substitute to save money.
