Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1 pack frozen açai
- 1/4 cup frozen melon
- 1/4 cup watermelon
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen red dragon fruit
- 2 teaspoons antioxidant blend
- A little soy milk
- Hemp protein
- Flaxmeal
Toppings
- Fresh mango
- Coconut yogurt
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
- Peanut butter
- Walnuts
Preparation
Blend all base ingredients together until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
