Acai Smoothie Bowl with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen, sliced banana
  • 200g frozen acai puree
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Spirulina mixture

  • additional plant-based yoghurt
  • magic blue spirulina
  • pink pitaya

Toppings

  • berries
  • flowers
  • vegan candy
  • pitaya slices

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen banana, acai puree, almond milk, 1 tbsp plant-based yoghurt, and vanilla protein powder until smooth to create the base.

  2. Mix additional plant-based yoghurt with magic blue spirulina and pink pitaya.

  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the blended base, then the spirulina mixture, and top with berries, flowers, vegan candy, and pitaya slices.
