Beet and Apple Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 small boiled beets
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons honey
Garnish
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
Preparation
Place the beets, apples, honey, and several ice cubes in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the cocktail into serving glasses to fill two-thirds, add sparkling water, and serve immediately.
