Chocolate and Ginger Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 to 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2cm piece fresh ginger
- 1 large date
- 4 heaped tbsp yoghurt (used coconut)
Preparation
Blend until smooth and still firm.
Top with berries and melted dark chocolate drizzle.
