Coconut Smoothie with Fresh Fruits and Mint
Ingredients
- Fresh coconut water
- Fresh coconut meat
- 1/2 frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- juice of 1/2 lime
- Handful of mint
- 1/2 tsp spirulina or wheatgrass (optional)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Enjoy inside the coconut or in a coconut bowl.
