Coconut Smoothie with Fresh Fruits and Mint

Ingredients

  • Fresh coconut water
  • Fresh coconut meat
  • 1/2 frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • Handful of mint
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina or wheatgrass (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Enjoy inside the coconut or in a coconut bowl.
