Green Smoothie with Almonds and Fresh Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Small handful of almonds
  • Small handful of pumpkin seeds
  • Large leaf of kale
  • Handful of spinach
  • Chunk of fresh ginger
  • Small handful of fresh pineapple
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1/2 coconut water
  • 1/2 water

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with a mixture of 1/2 coconut water and 1/2 water.

  2. Blend until smooth using a Nutribullet.
