Green Smoothie with Kale, Mango, Kiwi, and Ginger
Ingredients
- 200ml apple juice
- 100g ice
- 2 kiwis
- 200g kale
- 1 mango
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
Preparation
Prepare and cut up all the fruit and ginger.
In a high speed blender, add all the chopped fruit, ice, kale, and juice, and blend until smooth.
