Green Smoothie with Kale, Mango, Kiwi, and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 200ml apple juice
  • 100g ice
  • 2 kiwis
  • 200g kale
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)

Preparation

  1. Prepare and cut up all the fruit and ginger.

  2. In a high speed blender, add all the chopped fruit, ice, kale, and juice, and blend until smooth.
