Healthy Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 10 spinach leaves
  • 4 lemons
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly

  2. Chop the kiwis, cucumbers, celery, and lemons into small pieces if necessary
