Homemade Garlic Chicken Kievs

Ingredients

  • x4 tsp crushed garlic
  • x1 small handful chopped parsley
  • 200g butter - softened slightly
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • chicken breasts
  • x1 tub 225g breadcrumbs
  • 50g parmesan
  • x4 eggs
  • 150g plain flour
  • x1 tsp paprika

Preparation

  1. Prep the garlic butter the night before: mix all the ingredients in a bowl then roll into two sausages in a little bit of cling film and freeze

  2. Sit out 3 bowls, one with the flour and paprika, one with the whisked eggs and one with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan

  3. Slice the chicken and place the sliced garlic butter inside

  4. Dip the breasts in the flour, then the egg and finally the breadcrumbs and repeat

  5. Fry for a few mins on each side then cook in the over at 180 for 25 mins
