Miso Grilled Aubergine with Rice Noodles and Edamame
Ingredients
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 5 g coconut oil
- Some paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Preparation
Mix the miso glaze ingredients together.
Cut an aubergine in half and score with a knife.
Brush the glaze on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and grill under an electrical grill for 5 minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and serve with rice noodles, edamame, and grilled sweet peppers.
