Mixed Lentil and Quinoa Soup
Ingredients
- lentils
- quinoa
- water
- vegetable stock cube
- herbs
- black pepper
- chopped onion
- garlic
- nutritional yeast
- tomato puree
Preparation
Put a mix of lentils and quinoa in a pan with water.
Add a vegetable stock cube, herbs, black pepper, chopped onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, and tomato puree.
Simmer until the lentils and quinoa are tender.
Serving suggestions
Serve with a warm wholemeal baguette and top with a little plant-based cream.
