Sourdough Discard Crackers with Seasonings
Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 2 TBL Olive oil
- 3 TBL nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients.
Plop the batter onto the parchment.
Place an equal sized piece on top.
Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the batter across the entire parchment paper.
Bake, with the top parchment on, for 20 min.
Remove top parchment paper and lightly score the parcooked cracker with a sharp knife.
Bake another 20-30 min.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 min before enjoying.
Store on the counter in a sealed container for a few days.
