Chinese Sweet and Sour Ribs
Ingredients
- Pork ribs (Chinese cut)
- NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar (or regular flavor)
- Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos)
- Cane sugar (or coconut sugar)
Preparation
Cook the pork ribs until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and cane sugar together to prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
Coat the cooked ribs with the sauce and serve.
Notes
This dish is a childhood favorite and can be enhanced with roasted garlic rice vinegar for added umami flavor.
