Vegan Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1500 g potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 450 ml oat cuisine cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 100 g grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Slice potatoes into thin rounds

  2. Finely chop and sauté garlic, onions, and smoked tofu

  3. Turn off the heat, stir in all remaining ingredients, and fold in the potatoes

  4. Layer the potatoes in an ovenproof dish

  5. Bake for 65 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius using convection
