Tikka Masala Chickpea Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 390 g crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala curry paste
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Fry off chopped onion and garlic in a pan.

  2. After a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

  3. Serve warm with bulgur, oat fraiche and fresh herbs on the top.
