Tikka Masala Chickpea Stew
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 390 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tikka masala curry paste
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Fry off chopped onion and garlic in a pan.
After a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Serve warm with bulgur, oat fraiche and fresh herbs on the top.
