Spicy Mexican Tacos with Tempeh
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 cups of ground tempeh
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of hot Mexican-style chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a pan on medium-low heat and cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
Serve with Avocado Basil Dip and some warm tortillas.
