Malaysian Mee Kuah Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- Yellow noodles
- Boiled meat
- Mustard greens
- Bean sprouts
- Soup leaves
- Chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- A little sugar
- A little flavor powder
- Egg
Blended paste
- Dried chili
- Onion
- Garlic
Preparation
Sauté the blended paste, then add the boiled meat and a little meat water.
Then add chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and flavor powder.
Wait until it boils, crack the egg into the broth, let it cook briefly, then add the noodles, mustard greens, bean sprouts, and soup leaves.
Once boiling, pour into a bowl.
