Crispy Baked Smashed Potatoes with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Vegan pesto
  • Parsley
  • Asparagus
  • Tahini

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.

  2. Smash the potatoes and arrange on a baking sheet.

  3. Coat the smashed potatoes with olive oil and sea salt.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven until crispy and golden.

  5. Steam the asparagus until tender.
