Easy Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 50ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Toppings
- blueberries
- kumquats
Preparation
Mix apple cider vinegar with milk.
Mix flour with baking powder, sugar, and cacao, and salt.
Mash the banana.
Add milk with vinegar, mix well to combine.
Add oat flour, baking powder, cacao mixture and coconut oil; mix everything.
Let the batter set for a few minutes.
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Top with blueberries and kumquats.
