Easy Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (50g)
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (30g)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (140g)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup water (75g)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and fill into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for about 2.5 minutes, checking every minute until firm, up to 5.5 minutes or until it resembles a cake.
Let it cool down and enjoy.
