Homemade Snickers-Flavored Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (liquid)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • some salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees

  2. Mix all wet ingredients

  3. Mix all dry ingredients besides the salt

  4. Pour wet ingredients on dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Flatten mixture on a baking tray to a 1 cm thick layer

  6. Bake for 12 minutes

  7. Remove from oven, mix granola and flatten again

  8. Bake for 15 more minutes

  9. Let cool down 2+

  10. Break it into pieces as you like

Tips

  1. Enjoy just as a snack, in a bowl with coconut yogurt or as a topping
