Vegan Savory Spaghetti Squash Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 small spaghetti squash
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Water to consistency (about 1/4 cup)
- Spinach (for serving)
- 1/2 avocado (for serving)
Preparation
Prep the spaghetti squash in the oven beforehand; once done, fork out the squash and add to a bowl.
Add the almond flour, garlic salt, paprika, black pepper, nutritional yeast, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and water to the bowl to achieve desired consistency.
Mix all ingredients well.
Oil a pan and cook the mixture on medium heat for a longer time.
Serve over spinach with half an avocado.
