Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Spiced Coating and Sauce

Ingredients

  • Whole cauliflower
  • Sumac
  • Smoked paprika
  • Harissa
  • Turmeric
  • Coconut oil
  • Tahini
  • Lemon
  • Coriander

Preparation

  1. Smother the cauliflower in a mixture of sumac, smoked paprika, Harissa, turmeric, and coconut oil.

  2. Bake it for 45 minutes.

  3. Cover it with a sauce made from tahini, lemon, and coriander.
