Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Spiced Coating and Sauce
Ingredients
- Whole cauliflower
- Sumac
- Smoked paprika
- Harissa
- Turmeric
- Coconut oil
- Tahini
- Lemon
- Coriander
Preparation
Smother the cauliflower in a mixture of sumac, smoked paprika, Harissa, turmeric, and coconut oil.
Bake it for 45 minutes.
Cover it with a sauce made from tahini, lemon, and coriander.
