Healthy Chocolate Sundae

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • salted whole peanuts
  • vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend up bananas, milk and vanilla in a high speed blender till you get a thick creamy texture

  2. Melt coconut oil then add in cacao powder and mix

  3. Pour chocolate sauce over the freezing nice cream and it will immediately harden

  4. Top with more chocolate chips and peanuts
