Banana Peanut Butter Bliss Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 fresh bananas (spotty bananas)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsalted)
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, fresh bananas, dates, cacao powder, peanut butter, and plant milk.

  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the blissful shake into glasses.
