Mango Banana Smoothie with Cardamom and Coconut
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 mangoes
- 1.5 tablespoons cardamom
- splash of coconut milk
Preparation
Blend the bananas, mangoes, and cardamom together.
Add a splash of coconut milk and blend until smooth.
Start with 2 teaspoons of cardamom if you prefer a milder flavor.
You can use coconut yoghurt or coconut kefir as an alternative to coconut milk.
