Pesto Sauce for Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 big bunch basil
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts toasted
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Twist black pepper
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Juice 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Serve with your favorite type of roasted, baked, or fried potatoes.
