Vegan Pesto Sauce for Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 big bunch basil
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts toasted
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • A twist of black pepper
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy.

  2. Enjoy with your favorite type of roasted, baked or fried potatoes.
