Vegan Pesto Sauce for Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 big bunch basil
- 4 tbsp pine nuts toasted
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- A twist of black pepper
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Enjoy with your favorite type of roasted, baked or fried potatoes.
