Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1-2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 can coconut milk
- some spinach
