The Nutty Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 a frozen peeled banana (firm for low FODMAP)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1tbsp 100% nut butter
- 1tbsp 100% cocoa powder
- 250ml of milk alternative
- 3 tbsp plant based protein (I like sprouted brown rice in this) -- optional
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
