The Nutty Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a frozen peeled banana (firm for low FODMAP)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1tbsp 100% nut butter
  • 1tbsp 100% cocoa powder
  • 250ml of milk alternative
  • 3 tbsp plant based protein (I like sprouted brown rice in this) -- optional

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
