Avocado Cacao Smoothie with Lucuma and Maca

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • dash of date syrup
  • coconut milk

Boosters

  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  1. Chill 1 banana in the freezer for at least an hour.

  2. Add 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp cacao powder, a dash of date syrup, 1 tsp lucuma powder, and 1 tsp maca powder.

  3. Cover with coconut milk.

  4. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
