Avocado Cacao Smoothie with Lucuma and Maca
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- dash of date syrup
- coconut milk
Boosters
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
Preparation
Chill 1 banana in the freezer for at least an hour.
Add 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp cacao powder, a dash of date syrup, 1 tsp lucuma powder, and 1 tsp maca powder.
Cover with coconut milk.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
