Pomegranate and Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • small handful coconut chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • small chunk ginger
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1/2 seeds of small pomegranate
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. In the blender cup, add 1 tbsp milled flaxseed, a small handful of coconut chips, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, cover with coconut milk, stir, and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Then add 1 tbsp cacao powder, a small chunk of ginger, 1 tsp tahini, half the seeds of a small pomegranate, and 1 banana. Cover with coconut milk and blend until smooth.

  3. Add extra coconut chips on top for a bit of crunch.
