Pomegranate and Cacao Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- small handful coconut chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- small chunk ginger
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1/2 seeds of small pomegranate
- 1 banana
Preparation
In the blender cup, add 1 tbsp milled flaxseed, a small handful of coconut chips, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, cover with coconut milk, stir, and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes.
Then add 1 tbsp cacao powder, a small chunk of ginger, 1 tsp tahini, half the seeds of a small pomegranate, and 1 banana. Cover with coconut milk and blend until smooth.
Add extra coconut chips on top for a bit of crunch.
