Spinach and Cacao Powder Smoothie Bowl with Lots of Deliciously Crunchy Granola
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 massive handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder
- 2 tbsp of buck wheat groats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of cashew butter
Preparation
As this isn’t a thick smoothie bowl and can easily have more cashew milk added to make a good smoothie blend. But for the smoothie bowl the amount of liquid will depend on your blender power
We’ve used cashew milk ? if you have time leave the ingredients to soak for a while before blending
Served with blueberries, cashew butter and granola
