Spinach and Cacao Powder Smoothie Bowl with Lots of Deliciously Crunchy Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 massive handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp of buck wheat groats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of cashew butter

Preparation

  1. As this isn’t a thick smoothie bowl and can easily have more cashew milk added to make a good smoothie blend. But for the smoothie bowl the amount of liquid will depend on your blender power

  2. We’ve used cashew milk ? if you have time leave the ingredients to soak for a while before blending

  3. Served with blueberries, cashew butter and granola
