Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp of @thatprotein Pumpkin & chia protein powder
  • A good splash of plant based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add desired toppings such as granola, blueberries, banana, crushed dark chocolate, cashew butter, or chocolate syrup.

  4. Adjust the amount of plant-based milk depending on your blender's strength.
