Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 chopped dates
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings
- enjoy life foods chocolate chips
- purely elizabeth grain free granola
- cashew butter
Preparation
Chop banana and dates into small pieces before using.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to make it firmer.
Drizzle with cashew butter and top with chocolate chips and granola.
