Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings

Preparation

  1. Chop banana and dates into small pieces before using.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to make it firmer.

  4. Drizzle with cashew butter and top with chocolate chips and granola.
