Banana Tahini Date Smoothie Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (mine was only partially)
  • 3 tbsp @soomfoods tahini
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 4 small dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 splash vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Adjust to your taste as needed.
