Energy Boosting Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or other)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 TBS maple syrup
- 2 tsp LSA
- 1 TBS peanut butter
- 1/2 glass water
- Handful of ice
Preparation
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
Drink up and enjoy.
