Energy Boosting Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 TBS maple syrup
  • 2 tsp LSA
  • 1 TBS peanut butter
  • 1/2 glass water
  • Handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.

  2. Drink up and enjoy.
