Cacao Cherry and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 small chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 date
  • coconut milk (to cover)
  • 2 heaped tbsp nutty nutty peanut butter vegan powder (optional)
  • 100ml natural organic coconut milk kefir (optional)
  • cacao nibs for topping

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with coconut milk and blend until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with cacao nibs and enjoy.
