Cacao Cherry and Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 date
- coconut milk (to cover)
- 2 heaped tbsp nutty nutty peanut butter vegan powder (optional)
- 100ml natural organic coconut milk kefir (optional)
- cacao nibs for topping
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with coconut milk and blend until smooth.
Top the smoothie with cacao nibs and enjoy.
