Vegan Arugula and Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 75g arugula
  • 50g basil
  • 115g olive oil
  • 70g cashews
  • 40g walnuts
  • 10g nutritional yeast
  • 5g agave syrup
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Optionally roast the nuts on medium heat.

  2. Blend all the ingredients.
