Vegan Hot Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 6oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates (about 200g)
  • 1 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • Pinch of sea salt

Optional additions

  • Marshmallows for topping

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop and melt the chocolate.

  2. Blend milk, dates, and salt in a high speed blender until smooth.

  3. Slowly stream in the melted chocolate.

  4. Transfer to cups or jars.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

  6. Top with mini marshmallows and enjoy.

Notes

  1. This mousse is vegan, fruit-sweetened, and made with just four ingredients for a decadent treat.
