Vegan Hot Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 6oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates (about 200g)
- 1 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional additions
- Marshmallows for topping
Preparation
Roughly chop and melt the chocolate.
Blend milk, dates, and salt in a high speed blender until smooth.
Slowly stream in the melted chocolate.
Transfer to cups or jars.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
Top with mini marshmallows and enjoy.

This mousse is vegan, fruit-sweetened, and made with just four ingredients for a decadent treat.
