Yummy and Healthy Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 5.3 oz dairy-free peach yogurt alternative (e.g. coconut milk base)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-2 TBS vanilla extract
  • 1-2 TBS cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1-2 TBS syrup (optional)
