Yummy and Healthy Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 5.3 oz dairy-free peach yogurt alternative (e.g. coconut milk base)
- 1/2 banana
- 1-2 TBS vanilla extract
- 1-2 TBS cinnamon or nutmeg
- 1-2 TBS syrup (optional)
