Creamy Vegan Chicken Ramen
Ingredients
- creamy vegan chicken ramen
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme or 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
Remove lid from ramen cup then take seasoning packet out
Add water to sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil
Add noodles, contents of the seasoning packet, tahini and thyme then stir to combine
Allow noodles to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until softened
Remove from heat and stir to make sure that tahini is well mixed in
Topped this bowl with some sauted garlicky broccoli and mushrooms
