Creamy Vegan Chicken Ramen

Ingredients

  • creamy vegan chicken ramen
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme or 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Remove lid from ramen cup then take seasoning packet out

  2. Add water to sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil

  3. Add noodles, contents of the seasoning packet, tahini and thyme then stir to combine

  4. Allow noodles to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until softened

  5. Remove from heat and stir to make sure that tahini is well mixed in

  6. Topped this bowl with some sauted garlicky broccoli and mushrooms
