Homemade Vegan Cheesy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours in water)
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1.5 teaspoons rosemary (I used the dried version)
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup of water
- salt and pepper to taste
Optional additions
- 1/2-1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
