Simple Green Beans with Mushrooms and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 300g green beans
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook beans for 5-7 minutes

  2. Let it cool down in a bowl with cold water

  3. Pour the water away

  4. Chop the mushrooms, fry in oil

  5. Mix all other ingredients together

  6. Mix all together
