Simple Green Beans with Mushrooms and Herbs
Ingredients
- 300g green beans
- 100g mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Cook beans for 5-7 minutes
Let it cool down in a bowl with cold water
Pour the water away
Chop the mushrooms, fry in oil
Mix all other ingredients together
Mix all together
