Tofu Bok Choy Potstickers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • 8 Chinese mushrooms
  • 2 tsp black bean sauce (substitute with 2 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp maple syrup)
  • 1 lb bok choy
  • 1 package dumpling wrapper
  • sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the tofu, mushrooms, black bean sauce, bok choy, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to form the filling

  2. Spoon filling onto dumpling wrappers and fold to seal the edges

  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry potstickers until golden, then add water and steam until cooked
