Cleansing Lemon Ginger Turmeric Shot

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1.5 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • dash of water
  • sprinkle of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Juice half a lemon

  2. Grate 1.5 teaspoons of ginger

  3. Measure 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

  4. Measure 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  5. Add a dash of water

  6. Sprinkle black pepper

  7. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a small container

  8. Consume on an empty stomach in the morning
