Cleansing Lemon Ginger Turmeric Shot
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1.5 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- dash of water
- sprinkle of black pepper
Preparation
Juice half a lemon
Grate 1.5 teaspoons of ginger
Measure 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Measure 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Add a dash of water
Sprinkle black pepper
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a small container
Consume on an empty stomach in the morning
